West Brom's Andrews: Blackburn not same since Hughes left

West Bromwich Albion signing Keith Andrews says Blackburn Rovers have never been the same since Mark Hughes' departure.

Andrews admits he's happy to have left the crisis club.

"I can understand the supporters’ frustrations. It was run so well by John Williams, especially when Mark Hughes was there, they were over-achieving. To see the way it’s gone it’s tough," he said.

"I’ve never really had any dealings with the owners. There’s so many financial directors, sporting directors and god-knows-what directors at that club.

"It’s a shame the way it has gone. I’m glad I’m out of there."
