West Bromwich Albion will make a decision over the future of Morgan Amalfitano at season's end.

The Birmingham Mail says Albion had the right to exercise a £2.5million option for the Marseille player before April 1.

That would not have guaranteed Amalfitano's signing - the final decision still rests with the player.

Albion will decide whether to pursue him when the season ends.
