West Bromwich Albion are ready to upgrade Peter Odemwingie's contract.
The Daily Star Sunday says the Nigerian hotshot, 30 last week, has two years to run on his deal at the Hawthorns and that means the likes of Tottenham, Newcastle and Everton are all monitoring his situation.
But Baggies boss Roy Hodgson has told club chiefs he is desperate to keep Odemwingie following his prolific first season in the Premier League.
The ex-Locomotiv Moscow striker, a £5million buy, rattled in 15 goals last term to help retain West Brom's top-flight status
And as a reward Odemwingie will now be offered an improved three-year deal worth around £45,000-a-week.
