West Brom are weighing up a move for Dynamo Kiev striker Dieumerci Mbokani.
The Express & Star says West Brom could turn to long-standing transfer target Mbokani, if Baggies striker Saido Berahino get his move away from the Hawthorns this summer.
Albion were hoping to safeguard Berahino's value, with Premier League cohorts Stoke City and Watford sniffing around, by making him the club's highest-paid player.
The 22-year-old has one year left on his current contract with a £15,000-a-week salary, but West Brom will receive some compensation if he leaves on a free transfer next summer.
And boss Tony Pulis may pursue Congo hitman Mbokani, 30, who is back with Ukrainian giants Dynamo Kiev after spending last season on loan in England at relegated Norwich City.
