West Brom warn Preston over Lindegaard terms

West Brom will not adjust their terms for Anders Lindegaard.

The Express & Star says Lindegaard spent the second half of last season on loan at Preston North End and is keen to join the Lilywhites this summer.

Simon Grayson's team want to take the 32-year-old off Albion's hands, but can't afford his Premier League wages, believed to be in the region of £20,000 a week.

Lindegaard is refusing to take a pay cut, and so Preston want the Baggies to pay off their keeper in order for him to leave.

Albion are keen to offload the former Manchester United man, and have already offered a sum to Preston to help cover some of Lindegaard's wages next season but will not negotiate on that figure.
