Hapoel Tel Aviv striker Itay Shechter is being handed a Premier League chance.
The Daily Mail says Shechter has been handed the chance to secure a Barclays Premier League future after being offered a trial at West Bromwich Albion.
The 24-year old, also a target for Kaiserslautern, caught the eye of the Baggies scouts after scoring 26 goals in 45 appearances for Hapoel since signing from Maccabi Netanya.
Shechter also interested West Ham United last summer.
