Mateja Kezman is ready for the next phase in his career after quitting PSG.
The former Chelsea striker has been linked with West Bromwich Albion.
"I'm hungry for football," he told L'Equipe. "For a long time, I've wanted things to change.
"When you see that you do not play even when the other strikers are not scoring goals, you ask yourself. I understood there was no future.
"For two years, it has been very difficult. I have pushed and fought, but I have never had my chance here."
And he laid the blame for that situation at the door of the coach who signed him for 5million euros from Fenerbahce in 2008.
"Paul Le Guen ruined everything," Kezman continued. "With him, the deal was flawed from the start. From day one, I felt he was not happy to have me in his squad."
