West Bromwich Albion are ready to offer manager Roy Hodgson a new contract.
The Daily Mail says Hodgson's current deal expires at the end of the season and the Baggies want him to commit to a deal worth £3million a year.
It is a huge reward for Hodgson and is way above the £1.5m-a-year deals that most managers operating on mid-table budgets are offered.
