West Brom striker Rondon: We were perfect!

West Brom striker Salomon Rondon hailed their 4-0 rout of Burnley.

The Venezuela striker put in an inspired performance and was justly rewarded with the Baggies' fourth goal, which came in the 64th minute. He departed to a standing ovation 12 minutes from time.

Rondon reflected fondly on the result, which put Albion ninth in the Premier League, telling Sky Sports 1: "We were perfect tonight. We played very, very well. Four-nil for us is very important at home." Having scored his fourth goal in 13 appearances for West Brom this term, Rondon added: "I'm happy. I needed to score a goal. I have a lot of time without a goal, but tonight is special with the goal. I'm happy."
