West Bromwich Albion striker Peter Odemwingie has rejected a stunning offer from Anzhi.
The Mirror says Odemwingie has turned down an amazing £160,000-a-week offer to join Anzhi Makhachkala as he does not want to return to Russia.
West Brom striker Odemwingie, 30, only penned a new contract at Albion in the summer to become the club's highest earner.
Albion rewarded him with £35,000-a-week terms to fend off interest from Wigan Athletic.
But Russian club Anzhi, who pay the world's highest football salary of £300,000-a-week to Samuel Eto'o, still want to sign Odemwingie in January.
They have offered him 10million Euros a year gross which is 5.5m Euros net a year or £88,000-a-week net.
