West Bromwich Albion boss Roy Hodgson admits Peter Odemwingie is struggling to make their Premier League opener against Manchester United.
That is a huge blow for the West Brom boss whose team missed their Nigerian hitman greatly in a one-paced 1-1 draw against Italian side Parma.
Hodgson said: "We will wait and see. It is an ankle injury, yes. We'll give him every chance."
