West Bromwich Albion striker Nicolas Anelka is facing a five-match ban - at the least - for his 'quenelle' salute.
Anelka made the gesture during Saturday's 3-3 draw at West Ham United, which was being beamed live in France.
New FA guidelines mean that Anelka, if found guilty, can receive at least five matches and it could be 'significantly' longer. No timescale has been placed on when a decision will be reached.
