AS Monaco defender Cedric Mongongu is attracting English interest.
Mongongu is expected to leave ASM this summer following their surprise relegation.
Skysports.com says Stoke City and West Bromwich Albion are both keen on the youngster.
The 22-year-old has been linked with the likes of Arsenal and AC Milan in the past after impressing at Monaco over the last few seasons.
