West Bromwich Albion captain Chris Brunt admits they need to kickstart their season after the international break.

The winger admitted Roy Hodgson's men failed to perform while losing their last two games to Liverpool and Arsenal.

Brunt told the Express & Star: "It's been a strange few weeks. We did well against Wolves and Villa but we didn't do ourselves justice against Liverpool or Arsenal. We're very disappointed with how we did in those games.

"You can't really question our commitment or effort against Arsenal but our overall play wasn't great. We have to forget about it now and move on. We can't be dwelling on it."
