West Bromwich Albion signing Diego Lugano feels he was made a scapegoat at PSG.
The Uruguay defender was signed at PSG by former sports director Leonardo.
"It was necessary for me to leave PSG. It did not go well for several reasons. It is an experience that has not been the best football-wise.
"I was part of this new project and I suffered as part of the negativity around Leonardo. The arrival of Leonardo in France was not well received. It was a change for PSG, I was just a victim of that."
