Bolton Wanderers boss Gary Megson is edging closer to a deal for West Brom fullback Paul Robinson.
The Sun says Megson has slapped in a £750,000 bid for the Baggies' 30-year-old left-back Robinson.
Hawthorns chairman Jeremy Peace wanted £1million but is aware the player is keen to return to the Premier League and has hinted a deal may be possible.
