West Bromwich Albion are set to pass on Birmingham City goalkeeper Ben Foster.
The Sun says Foster has been outstanding for Baggies recently, justifying Birmingham's £6m valuation.
But that is way beyond the £2m Baggies have set aside for a keeper.
