West Bromwich Albion are ready to re-sign Goran Popov on a new 12-month loan from Dynamo Kyiv.
Dynamo president Igor Surkis claims they are in talks about the Macedonian left-back returning to the Hawthorns for another loan spell.
Surkis said: "We are now at the stage of negotiations with the English club that wants to regain the Macedonian one-year lease.
"We put forward certain conditions, and if accepted, we will be ready to give Popov another season.
"I met Goran on Monday. He made it clear that if the option with West Brom doesn't happen, he is happy to return to Dynamo.
"He said he would like to finish his career here."
