West Brom's Zuiverloon looking for Dutch caps

West Brom defender Gianni Zuiverloon is keen to force his way into the Holland side for the 2010 World Cup in South Africa.

The former Heerenveen player has had a taste of U21 World Cup success along with Olympic experience from the China Games and the right back is yearning for more international caps.

"I learnt so much from playing in that under-21 tournament back home, against the very best players in our age group, and the Olympics was also a great experience," he said.

"I had the chance to face some of the best players in the world, including (Lionel) Messi and (Juan Roman) Riquelme, and I learnt a lot from those games that will help me be a better player.

"But, of course, I would like to play for the full national team, and I definitely want to try to go to the next World Cup in South Africa in a couple of years' time."
