West Bromwich Albion's Chris Wood has had his loan spell with Birmingham City extended by three months.
The 19-year old New Zealand international has been with the Championship outfit for the past two months and has performed brilliantly, scoring eight goals in 11 outings.
He was keen to stay longer at St Andrew's and it has now been announced that he will remain as a Blues player until the start of January.
"I'm very pleased the loan has been extended," Wood told the club's official website. "I've settled in really well here and all of the lads - who are a great bunch - have really taken to me.
"I'm very pleased to have scored the goals that I have but it's only the start. Together we have to keep putting in the performances and picking up the results to move up the league."
