Gareth McAuley admits he is looking forward to the challenge of marking Robin van Persie this weekend.
McAuley's West Bromwich Albion take on Arsenal at the Emriates Stadium on Saturday and he is well aware of how much influence the free-scoring Dutch striker has on the Gunners line-up.
"It's a big challenge. He's in form, as we saw at the weekend against Chelsea. He's averaging more than a goal a game so that is something to challenge yourself with," he told Express & Star.
"If we can get a shut-out, it's a good one to have. They're not a one-man team but van Persie will take a bit of extra looking after, with the form he's in."
