West Bromwich Albion defender Gonzalo Jara has been arrested for driving whilst disqualified.
The 26-year old Chilean, currently on loan with Brighton & Hove Albion, was banned from driving for 17 months following a drink-driving incident in July and will now appear in court in the New Year for driving while barred and driving without insurance.
Jara missed the Seagulls' league clash with Burnley on the weekend due to him being arrested that morning by Sussex police.
