Darren Fletcher has admitted to standing on the wrong side of the tunnel as he got ready to walk out onto the Old Trafford pitch on Saturday.
Scottish midfielder joined West Bromwich Albion from United in January after spending around two decades with the Red Devils and indicated it was a strange experience playing for the Baggies at the Theatre of Dreams.
"I walked out of the dressing room and I was stood on the wrong side of the tunnel and had to be told to move over to the other side," Fletcher said.
"Old habits die hard."
For the record, Fletcher captained Albion to a 1-0 victory over his old club which saw Tony Pulis' men remain 13th on the Premier League table, seven points clear of the drop zone.
