West Brom's Cox keen on regular football ahead of Euro2012

West Bromwich Albion striker Simon Cox believes he may need to leave the club in order to find regular first team football.

The 24-year old is determined to make the Republic of Ireland squad for next year's European Championship but feels he needs to be playing more regularly to show manager Giovanni Trapattoni what he is capable of.

"I'm never happy when I'm not playing. I would like to play more and it might be something I have to look at in the Christmas period," the former Swindon Town man said.

"I might have to look at what I do but it'll be decision made then, not anytime soon.

"If that is to happen then it'll be a decision that suits everyone concerned. It's a decision that'll be made further down the line."
