West Brom have dismissed reports of QPR moving for striker Roman Bednar.

Club sources have dismissed as incorrect reports that they had received a bid from Queens Park Rangers for Bednar, with the striker in any case central to Roberto Di Matteo's plans next season, says the Birmingham Mail.

Bednar recently said: "I still have one year and a one-year option. Hopefully the gaffer will want me for next season. We will see."
