West Bromwich Albion risk missing out on former Arsenal midfielder Abou Diaby.

L'Equipe says Diaby is wanted by Marseille, despite being on the verge of a deal to join West Brom.

The Ligue 1 side want to bring the injury-prone midfielder back to his home country so he can play alongside Lassana Diarra .

Diaby has been undergoing a medical at the Hawthorns this week.
