West Bromwich Albion made an immediate return to the Premier League with a 3-2 victory at Doncaster Rovers. Graham Dorrans set them on their way with a great free-kick just half-an-hour in before Chris Brunt doubled their lead before the break.
Jay Emmanuel-Thomas pulled one back for Rovers just before half-time but Roman Bednar's goal restored their two-goal advantage.
Rovers did pull another back through James Hayter to set up a nervy finish for the Baggies - but West Brom took the three points in South Yorkshire.
