West Bromwich Albion captain Darren Fletcher admits that the Baggies have been dragged right back into the relegation battle.
West Brom have lost their last three league games and sit seven points above the relegation zone but they have to face Liverpool, Manchester United, Chelsea and Arsenal in four of their last six games.
"We need to take a look at ourselves as individuals and as a team and realise we are in a real battle," said the Albion captain.
"We have a lot of leaders at this club, a lot of big characters in the dressing room but we all have to come together.
"It is part of my job to do that. I know those lads in the dressing room, what they are capable of.
"They are hurting right now but we have to learn quickly, come together as a team and get behind each other and play for each other from now until the end of the season."
