West Brom No2 Dave Kemp insists Tony Pulis can handle any criticism fired his way.
Kemp says the mounting pressure on the coaching staff before the West Ham victory was nothing they hadn't seen before.
“Tony Pulis is coming up for 1,000 games this week," he said. “I've probably done more than 1,000 as an assistant.
“We've been in football a long time and you don't worry about things like that.
“It's just not an issue, you go to work, you do what you do.
“The idea is to win, we did it on Saturday so it's a good day, but it's not going to be like that every week. It's peaks and troughs, you have to go with it."
