West Bromwich Albion No2 Dave Kemp says they won't tolerate slackers.
Kemp has followed manager Tony Pulis to the Hawthorns.
"Most football fans, they're working people, they have to put in a good shift to earn their money, they love their team, they put their money into it, and they want to see the players giving everything they've got, they want to see them putting a shift in," he told the Birmingham Mail.
"As a coach or a manager, that's what we want to see as well.
"If you're standing on the touchline and a player isn't giving 100 per cent, there's nothing worse.
"As a coach you don't want those types of players and nor do the fans. Even when I go to a game as a neutral, as a viewer, if I see somebody not pulling their weight it drives me mad!
"You want to see professionals giving their best. I liken it to actors. You might be in the West End in a run of a play, playing the same part night after night. But for the people in the theatre, that's probably the only time they're seeing it, they've handed their money over and they want to see those actors giving their best."
