Everton are preparing to cash in on James McCarthy this summer.

The Express & Star says West Brom and Newcastle will battle it out to sign £20m rated McCarthy from Everton.

Aston Villa are also said the be interested in the midfielder after having a January bid turned down.

Everton boss Ronald Koeman is prepared to sell McCarthy in the coming months.
