Claudio Yacob is happy with his role in West Bromwich Albion's midfield.

The Argie is glad his efforts have not gone unnoticed by the fans, who have created a chant for the No.5.

"I don't catch the attention like players such as Lukaku and Long," said Yacob to the WBA website.

"I don't score goals because that's not my role - but I think my function is very important to help the team achieve their overall goal.

"Scoring goals is the aim of the match but it's not the most important thing.

"I'm over the moon that I'm well thought of and I feel I want to give it back to the supporters as much as I can."
