West Brom midfielder Nacer Chadli is delighted to be back in the Belgium squad.

Chadli overcame knee surgery in October to play his way into Belgium coach Roberto Martinez plans this week.

"After my knee surgery it was difficult to return," he said.

"Then I worked hard and now I've felt a few weeks particularly good. You see my stats. It's important for me to be playing every week. First I want to excel at my club so I can be selected for the national team.

"This time it was a nice surprise for me to be called."
