West Bromwich Albion midfielder Zoltan Gera feels action with Hungary will accelerate his match fitness.

Gera believes the game time he hopes to get in a Magyar jersey will aid his club form - starting at home to Bolton on Saturday week.

"Hungary have two games in the next week so that is good for me," said the summer Bosman signing to the WBA website.

"Hopefully, I will come back to The Hawthorns fitter and stronger after another two games."
