West Brom have moved for QPR winger Matt Phillips.
The Express & Star says West Brom have made their first move in the summer transfer market with a £4m bid for Phillips.
The 25-year-old has been a long-term target for head coach Tony Pulis, who hopes to complete the deal some time next week.
Albion had a £7m bid for the Scottish international rejected by QPR last summer, who valued the winger then at £10m, but Phillips has now got just one year left on his contract.
