West Bromwich Albion have reportedly made a bid for Getafe midfielder Derek Boateng.
The 28-year old Ghana international looks set to sign with Ukrainian outfit Dnipro but his agent says there is definite interest from England with one firm bid coming in, believed to be that of the Baggies.
"Derek is obviously flattered by the interest in England," his British representative Chris Nathaniel confirmed to skysports.com.
"He knows the interest is strong and we are aware that at least one bid has been made for him."
Along with the West Brom interest, Sunderland and Stoke City are also suggested to looking at the Panathinaikos and FC Cologne man.
