West Brom have put on hold plans to sign Bournemouth striker Callum Wilson.

The Sun says West Brom confirmed they had made a move for Wilson, 24, as we revealed last week.

However, any hopes that the transfer could be pursued in the summer have been scuppered by Wilson's latest ACL injury.

The striker isn't expected to be back until next season.
