West Bromwich Albion are hoping they can lure Danny Simpson to The Hawthorns this summer.
The 26-year old right-back is set to leave Newcastle United with QPR highly touted as his next home but reports suggest that the Baggies could swoop.
Harry Redknapp is determined to bring in Simpson on a free transfer but Albion have made a last-gasp effort to try and get him to the West Midlands.
