Christopher Samba wants to quit Dynamo Moscow and return to England.
Izvestia says the defender, who only moved to Dynamo in August from Anzhi, has asked his new Russian club not to block a return to the Premier League in January.
West Bromwich Albion are being linked with the former QPR and Blackburn Rovers defender.
