The Birmingham Mail says Dorrans' plans to leave West Bromwich Albion could be put on hold after Zoltan Gera was ruled out for the rest of the season, casting major doubt over his career.
The Hungary midfielder will be sidelined for about eight months after rupturing the anterior cruciate in his left knee.
