West Brom goalkeeper Boaz Myhill was happy for matchwinner Saido Berahino for victory over Sunderland.
Berahino's 54th minute winner against Sunderland was his third goal since a move to Tottenham was blocked.
"We all hope he will let his goals do the talking," said Myhill.
"Silky build up play and the tricks are great and fans love to see it, but managers like to see goals and points and that's what Saido delivered, with the help of everyone else.
"I'd say Saido owes the manager a big debt, but he has gone a long way to paying him back."
