Napoli defender Federico Fernandez is attracting Premier League interest.
The Daily Mail says West Bromwich Albion manager Steve Clarke wants Fernandez on loan.
The 24-year-old Argentine international has been linked with Tottenham and is also a target for Spanish side Getafe, where he played 13 games on loan last season.
