West Bromwich Albion are believed to be keen on Middlesbrough midfielder Rhys Williams.
The 23-year old Australian international has recently emerged as a target for other Premier League clubs such as Aston Villa, Newcastle United and Bolton and now the Baggies have joined the queue.
Williams comes out of contract at Boro in 18 months and has so far yet to agree a new deal with the Teessiders but it is believed that Tony Mowbray is determined to keep him at the Riverside Stadium as he chases promotion to the top flight.
