West Brom boss Tony Mowbray has been forced to ditch plans to sign on-loan West Brom striker Oscar Trejo.
The Daily Star says Mallorca are only willing to let Argentinian striker Treja, 20, leave on a permanent basis for £5million.
But Albion boss Tony Mowbray doesn't have any money to spend.
