West Brom hero Richard Sneekes has urged Graham Dorrans to stay at the Hawthorns.
The Scotland midfielder is wanted by bigger clubs, including Manchester City and Arsenal.
"You go to Man City or Arsenal, they'll pay him the money and he'll be sorted for the rest of his life but he won't play," Sneekes told the Birmingham Mail.
"So what do you want out of your career? Surely playing at the highest level.
"He has only had one full season and that is in the Championship, so he still has everything to do and everything still to prove and what better than to go upwards with the Albion, showing everyone what he can do?
"Then in a year or two's time he could perhaps move on to better things when he will be ready to play at that sort of stage."
