West Bromwich Albion hero Richard Sneekes has hailed the sudden goalscoring form of Brown Ideye.

Ideye was all set for a move to Qatar on deadline day but has turned his season around.

"He came on against Burnley and the first thing he did was work hard," Sneekes told the Birmingham Mail.

"That's the only thing you can do, even if you haven't got confidence.

"The one thing that fans won't criticise is if somebody gives it all they've got.

"He got a bit of luck with the header when he didn't get marked. It was another set piece that they have worked on and worked on really well and since then he has been an absolute revelation."
