West Bromwich Albion are weighing up a move for Sunderland midfielder Craig Gardner.
The Express & Star says Albion are considering making a £2million offer to Sunderland to bring former Aston Villa and Birmingham City midfielder Gardner, 26, back to the West Midlands.
Sunderland's raft of new signings this summer has unsettled Gardner.
