West Bromwich Albion fullback Nicky Shorey says the prospect of an England recall is unlikely.
Shorey hints England may be beyond him now.
He told Absolute Radio: "No, I'm not even thinking about that. It was great when it happened for me when I was at Reading and you never want to give up hope of playing there once again, but it's so far away from my mind.
"All I'm concentrating on is Liverpool on Saturday really, because we've got eight, nine really tough games to try and stay in the League and that's my soul aim."
