West Bromwich Albion fullback Billy Jones is looking forward to working with new head coach Steve Clarke.

Clarke has worked alongside Ruud Gullit, Sir Bobby Robson, Jose Mourinho, Gianfranco Zola and Kenny Dalglish - before scooping the top job at the Baggies last week.

"I'm really happy with the appointment," said the 25-year-old right-back to the WBA website.

"The new gaffer has a great CV and he's worked with some great managers.

"Their influence will have no doubt rubbed off on him.

"Working with all those great people will have taught him a lot and I'm sure he has learnt something from all of them.

"Who else can claim to have worked with more top-class managers than him?"
