West Bromwich Albion fullback Billy Jones has likened manager Steve Clarke to England coach Roy Hodgson.
The managerial rookie has worked wonders since replacing Hodgson, who left The Hawthorns to take charge of the Three Lions last summer.
Right-back Jones said: "The gaffer is great - very similar to Roy.
"Roy is always very organised and we always went into a game with a game plan, and that is very much the same with the gaffer now.
"And more often than not, when we do that and perform to our abilities, we usually end up winning.
"They've both been massive and I feel like I've improved under the new gaffer this year."
